Good morning, let’s start this day/week off together in the Word. ☕📖
Today we see in the gospel of Luke that it is possible for demons to have more fear and reverence than human beings. We read a wonderfully encouraging prayer from Colossians, and we learn what “keep” and “shade” mean in the next verse in our scripture memory passage, Psalm 121.”Streams in the Desert” considers “A Door Open in Heaven” from the viewpoint of John the apostle. So insightful! “Evidence of the Spirit at Work” is Tozer’s topic this morning…what does it look like when He is active in our lives? You may be surprised! And then, “Faith’s Checkbook” discusses “One Look from the Lord”. “If our look TO the Lord saves us, what will not His look AT us do?” We are encouraged in our prayer scripture on patience that this word can sometimes mean “persevering endurance” close with “Christ the Word” from “The Valley of Vision”. Rest as a stone on Him, the foundation.
