Hello, and good morning! 
We begin by reading Luke 24, and find the disciples are amazed by finding an empty tomb, mystified by their walk to Emmaus with an “unidentified” companion, and then their eyes are opened at the breaking of bread. “The Lord is risen indeed!”
Our scripture writing verse from The Ruffled Mango is Philippians 2:2–unity brings joy to all involved. Be a catalyst for joy today! How are you applying our scripture memory verse this week–how are you esteeming others better than yourself?
Streams in the Desert reminds us that “The Fruit Comes Afterward” — storms are essential. Tozer asks “Who Is Your Example?” Spurgeon, in Faith’s Checkbook tells us to “Bow Down To Be Lifted Up”. We have a theme of humility today.
