Today we are in John 10, learning about our Good Shepherd. Our scripture writing passage on forgiveness is Psalm 103:12, speaking of the thoroughness of God’s forgiveness. Streams in the Desert encourages us to have “heroic faith” as we “Rejoice in the Lord”. Tozer helps us discern between “Joy or Burden” today and Spurgeon talks about “Waiting, Not Running” in our passage from Faith’s Checkbook. Waiting for blessing? “It is on the road.”
Our prayer scripture on the theme of faithfulness today is Psalm 89:33 speaking of God’s faithfulness and mercy as our Father, and we read “The Gospel Way” from The Valley of Vision. The gospel is completely counter-intuitive…against human reasoning. Praise God.
