Okay, good morning friends! Let’s get right into it today! The day is getting away from us!
Today we finish reading the letter of Paul to the Romans in chapter 16, considering the importance that every name holds in God’s heart. We are working on Psalm 103:1-5 this week as our scripture memory passage, and we take a look at Philippians 3:7-8 as our reminder to be content today and count all other things but loss to gain the knowledge of Christ.
Our Streams in the Desert portion is entitled, “It Must Be Bought”…nothing worthwhile and of eternal value will come to us cheaply. Tozer reminds us that “We Were Outcasts, Too”, and Faith’s Checkbook reminds us of how wise it is to wait upon “God’s Time”. The psalmist wrote that our times are in His hand. Rest in His timeline.
We conclude in our Navigators study considering the attribute of God’s infinite-ness, reading Romans 11:33-36 to support that idea. And we read “Kept By God” from The Valley of Vision…what comfort in these words!
