Hello and good morning!
Today we are reading in 1 Corinthians 4, being reminded that it is our faithfulness that is required. We may see fruit from our efforts, but we may not. Stay faithful in being an influencer, a catalyst with the time God has given us today.
We continue working on Psalm 103:1-6, committing that Psalm to memory. We’re writing Matthew 6:20–from a familiar chapter on the theme of Contentment for this Tuesday..
Streams in the Desert exhorts us to “Seek Communion”…a really wonderful word picture in this reading. Feeble things coming into contact with The Strong Thing…that’s us. We’ll see “Heaven in the Forget-Me-Not” in the morning.
Tozer writes about “The Easter Triumph” — in the living Christ is the perfection of all beauty. In Faith’s Checkbook we learn about “Necessary Knowledge” — “faith saves us, but assurance satisfies us”…”washed from the mire of doubt and fear”.
To finish today, we consider the attribute of immutability (God does not change) from our free resource from the Navigators, looking at Psalm 102:25-28.
And as we close, we get a double blessing today with the text from the song “Praise the Lord, He Never Changes” as well as “Amazing Grace” from The Valley of Vision.
