Good morning!
Today we read through Luke 17 and see a lesson in gratitude. We are reminded with our scripture writing passage to pray for unity in our churches.
This is our final week for Psalm 121 as we add the last verse and commit it to memory. We are taught the meaning of “preserve” or shamar in the Hebrew. Next week we’ll begin Philippians 2:1-11.
Streams in the Desert introduces us to the “School of Suffering”. We see “faith at its highest and spiritual success at its crowning point”.
Tozer tells us of “A Man Sent from God”–and the earmark of humility in his life. In the ledger of Faith’s Checkbook, Spurgeon we hear of two things that are provided to the pilgrim.
In our prayer scripture we learn what it means for the Lord to be our “portion”. Finally, we find comfort in “The Love of Jesus” from the Valley of Vision today.
