Good morning friends! Kind of a bumpy start today, but here we are. 📖🌻☕
We read today in Acts 13, as we hear Paul’s first sermon, full of Old Testament scriptures he had known for years, now with the new fresh air of the gospel breathed into them.
We practice Philippians 2:3-10 today as we commit that passage to memory, and we consider James 2:14-17 for our scripture writing on what it looks like to serve others.
Streams in the Desert defines what it looks like to “Carry Your Cross” and Tozer holds nothing back in defining the “Costly Adjustment to This World”–very timely, timeless truth.
Faith’s Checkbook helps us recognize “The Mark of Divine Approval”, and we conclude today with Isaiah 45:7-10 for our scripture to pray today while also reflecting on a passage entitled “Regeneration” from The Valley of Vision.
These resources contain the grounding truth, the only truth we need. I hope they are stabilizing, encouraging, and strengthening to you today.
