Reading through the NT in a Year puts us in Acts 26 today. Paul speaks to Agrippa, and we hear the saddest word from this king…”almost” and Paul is sent forward to Caesar. We finish our first week working on our new scripture memory passage, Psalm 103.
Our scripture writing verse on the theme of rejoicing is Phil. 4:4-7. Does it sound familiar to you? 🙂 How has writing God’s word been an encouragement to you?
Streams in the Desert tells us “Don’t Fret!” and we read about being”Unclean By Comparison” in Morning & Evening with Tozer. Faith’s Checkbook this morning offers the beautiful reminder that we are “Never Alone”…”I will never leave you, or forsake you”.
Our scripture prayer passage on self control is Titus 2:1-10–advice for the “older women” (that would be me!) and others–let’s adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things today! We finish out our week with the passage “Assurance” from The Valley of Vision.
