Romans 14 today, which addresses our behavior toward the weaker brother. “Let each esteem other better than themselves” (Phil 2:3).
We are back over at The Ruffled Mango for our scripture writing list this month, on the topic of Contentment. Our verse is 2 Corinthians 12:10…an excellent verse to also commit to memory. Today we add verse 5 to our scripture memory passage: Psalm 103:1-5.
Streams in the Desert tells us that “Waiting is Hard”, speaking of the Israelites on their wilderness wanderings. They were never without God’s presence. Tozer tells us that “God Knows the Hypocrites”– beware in pointing fingers because when we do so there are always three more pointing back to ourselves.
Faith’s Checkbook today writes about “Perfection and Preservation” and the name of God that we’ll be including in our prayer time today from the free resource from the Navigators that I’ve posted in this group is “Jehovah”…I AM…the all sufficient One.
